二、產品特點:
1.以液體壓力為動力源,并未像傳統設備采用壓縮空氣.由于液壓的壓縮性幾乎為零,使之在速度,壓力的穩定性都遠遠高于普通IMD成型機.
2.采用整體焊接的C型開放式結構,所以焊縫均經過去應力處理,并在加工設備上一體加工而成.非常方便操作，只要更換模具，成型和沖切即可兩用
3.本機出力在5-20tf(噸力)可選, 是普通壓縮空氣IMD成型機無法做到的.，
4.本機速度{zg}可達250MM/秒,而沖擊噪音不超過80分貝,相當于辦公室正常談話.普通壓縮空氣IMD成型機根本無法比擬.
5.本機采用電熱轉換效率高達 98% 以上,升溫迅速、熱滯后小、發熱均勻的碳纖維發熱管(所發出的遠紅外線,被醫學界稱為人類的生命線),
其壽命（連續點燒） ≥ 6000 小時以上,工作人員長期操作本機可以加強人體血液循環、加速新代謝、增強免疫能力.
6.本機對發熱體進行電壓控制,(接近設定溫度時降低其供電電壓, 以保證發熱管處于長期點亮狀態.延長其使用壽命,)顯示溫度與實際溫度控制在正負1攝氏度以內.
7.本機發熱體四周全部采用隔熱棉封閉,待機時對外輻射功率僅占發熱功率的10%.而市場常規IMD熱壓成型機對外輻射功率高達50%,在炎熱的夏天10臺4KW常規IMD設備需配備10臺5P的空調.而我們的液壓IMD設備只需2臺極可.
